Refund & Return Policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering errors, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

To request a replacement or refund, email thegrinventory@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item or color

  • Items that do not fit as expected

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale items or gift cards

 

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 21 business days after the item has been received and inspected (if a return is required). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
