Welcome to Alexis Donn's Grinventory! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alexis Donn's Grinventory. Alexis Donn's Grinventory operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, and our products are manufactured and fulfilled through Printify and its print partners.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

These Terms include important information regarding limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and your legal rights.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

SECTION 2 – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products are made to order through third-party production partners.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

Due to the custom manufacturing process, slight variations in color, size, placement, print quality, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Product images are mockups and may differ slightly from the final product.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Errors in pricing or product information
Product availability issues
Orders intended for resale or export

Orders are final once accepted and processed.

Purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise approved in writing.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree that:

Payment information is accurate and authorized
You will pay all charges incurred
Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in account or order restrictions

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs or international processing
Weather, holidays, or events outside our control

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Ordering errors
Items that do not fit as expected
Incorrect shipping information

We provide replacements or refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party partners (including Printify and its production providers). While we work closely with these partners, we are not responsible for manufacturing delays, carrier delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services is owned by Alexis Donn's Grinventory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may include third-party tools, applications, or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and your use is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All purchases are made directly with Alexis Donn's Grinventory. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase. You release Shopify from any claims related to transactions with our store.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and international transfer of your information as described therein.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
